Waver of Liability

The undersigned member, in consideration of becoming a member, and in taking part in any Association sanctioned activity, or the use of Association facilities of the Peninsula Sled Dog & Racing Association, Inc., hereby waives, releases, and agrees to hold harmless the Peninsula Sled Dog & Racing Association Inc. for all claims, past and future, against the Peninsula Sled Dog & Racing Association, Inc., its employees, officers, directors, and agents or representatives, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “The Association”), including those arising from the Association’s negligence.

This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for property damage, personal injury, medical expenses, and any other claim against the Associating of any type or description arising from the undersigned’s membership in the Association, use of Association facilities, or participation in any and all Association sanctioned activities.

The undersigned has read and understands clearly the foregoing Waver of Liability and agrees to be fully bound by its terms:
